Gr-1isexpressedonmaturegranulocytesinbonemarrowandperipheraltissues.TheAnti-Gr-1antibodyalsostainsmonocytestransientlyduringtheirdifferentiationinbonemarrowandatlowlevelsplasmacytoiddendriticcellsinlymphoidtissues.
Whenusingformaldehyde-fixedcellsthatexpressGr-1athighlevels,forexample,granulocytes,thedilutionis1:50forupto10⁷cells/100 µLofbufferforlabelingofcellsandanalyzingbyflowcytometry.
